  • Agency Manager

    Main responsibilities:
    - Deliver revenue in accordance with set targets and agency trading parameters.
    - Negotiate business within portfolio to maximise return to DCM as agreed with Business Director.
    - Identify new sales opportunities as well as building on existing relationships to develop the customer base.
    - Organise and attend cinema evenings, hospitality events, presentations, workshops and meetings with agencies.
    - Develop good working relationships with relevant agency personnel.
    - Gain understanding of each agency’s objectives and the objectives of their clients.
    - Respond quickly and accurately to the customer base, providing excellent account management.
    - Accurate management of weekly numbers based tasks in terms of booked business, forecast projections and finance queries.
    - Ensure accurate set up and monitoring of booked campaigns.
    - Manage and develop a sales assistant.
    - Build understanding of cinema trading parameters and marketplace.
    - Present the case for cinema to agencies and clients.

  • DCM Studios Creative Production Lead - 12 month FTC (maternity cover)

    Job purpose:
    To oversee the production and project management of campaigns created by DCM Studios.

    You will be:
    Working as a key member of the DCM Studios team and be responsible for all elements of production and project management across the department. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and other team members to create and implement best production practices to help the team create and deliver award winning campaigns.

    Main responsibilities:
    - Responsible for the production and project management of all DCM Studios campaigns.
    - Manage the DCM Studios Production / PM to ensure that the team are looked after and supported to do their jobs.
    - Develop, co-ordinate and project manage campaigns in accordance with the company's brand positioning, client’s objectives, and within agreed deadlines and budgets.
    - Be actively involved in the ideation, creation and development of ideas for clients.
    - Be constantly pushing to make better, more creative, and better crafted work.
    - Work with the Creative Director to explore new ways for DCM Studios to produce award winning content and campaigns for our customers.
    - Monitor, review and report on the performance of ongoing campaigns and identify, document and provide analysis on areas of improvement for future campaigns, and provide feedback to the team.
    - Liaise with Marketing to ensure that all PR worthy campaigns receive the support required to achieve fame and PR for the campaign and team.
    - Maintain regular contact with clients on phone, email and at meetings.
    - Support DCM Studios Creatives to ensure they are kept up to date with campaign information through consistent communication and presentations where required. Work very closely with them on projects.
    - Provide Post Campaign Analysis for each booked campaign.
    - Ensure all relevant paperwork for contract agreements are recorded accurately and circulated to the relevant DCM departments for processing as required.
    - Work closely with the team to capture campaign highlights via photography, videography and case studies.
    - Be commercially aware of how DCM is performing, including revenue and admissions delivered, market share, research, marketing initiatives etc.
    Key competencies:
    - Experience of project management on commercial productions – Content and Experiential being the most important.
    - Understanding of the content production process, (although line production is not expected).
    - Proven ability and confidence to deliver outstanding campaigns on time and within budget.
    - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    - Excellent relationship management skills.
    - Comfortable working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative.
    - Able to manage multiple work streams and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
    - Able to support and nurture the PM team, managing reviews and appraisals etc.
    - Knowledge and understand of Microsoft Tools.
    - Knowledge of cinema.
    - Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
