2019 is almost at a close so it's time to announce which of the year's very best films came out on top in the DCM Film of the Year poll.
We asked each member of staff to rank their top three films of the year, with the top film getting three points, the second two points and the third one point. The film with the most points came out on top.
A wide range of different films were selected, ranging from the biggest films of the year (Avengers: Endgame, Toy Story 4), to award-winning films (Green Book, The Favourite) to some of the smaller titles (Eighth Grade, Diego Maradona), creating a wide-ranging top 10 headlined by different genres, different sized films, and bundles of quality.
