Congratulations to the Regal Cinema in Stowmarket, which celebrated 80 years last month.
Celebrating in style, the cinema is hosting a range of special events throughout May, including five days where they will charge the original 1936 ticket price of 5p for all films, with over 1100 tickets were sold in the first hour of going on sale.
The 5p film showings include The Snoopy & Charlie Brown Movie, Dad's Army, The Finest Hours, Lady in the Van and Bridge of Spies.
The Stowmarket Concert Band also got involved with Music from the Movies, performing the best known tunes from the big screen.
