The programme for the 21st Bradford Animation Festival has now been announced. The UK’s longest running animation festival, it hosts some of the best events and screenings from the worlds of animation, gaming and visual effects.

Taking place over six days, the festival will showcase the best animated films of 2014 and provide a valuable opportunity for attendees to meet and hear from industry experts.

One of the key guest speakers is Mark Shapiro, head of entertainment brand marketing of LAIKA, the Oregon-based studio that produced stop-motion film The Boxtrolls, which is currently topping the UK's Box Office and will be screened during the festival.

The 2014 Bradford Animation Festival will run from 17-22 November.
