Next year two of Disney’s biggest ever films are set to be released and will be dominating conversation amongst 16-34s across the summer. Toy Story is Pixar’s most popular animated series and returns for a fourth instalment in June, while just four weeks later, Disney live-action is set to sail to new heights as The Lion King is set to drop jaws, jerk tears and tug heart-strings. Both films are the foundation of what is set to be one of the biggest summers in history.
We’re forecasting over 13.5m DCM admissions between the two films and the following 16-34 TVRs:
- 16 TVRs – Toy Story 4
- 22 TVRs – The Lion King
Toy Story 3 is by far the biggest animated film in UK history, grossing £74m in the UK.
The Lion King teaser delivered the biggest trailer launch in Disney’s history being watched 224.6m times in the first 24 hours
Premium spots are still available for both of these films so speak to your DCM rep about how you can get involved.
