Jaguar Land Rover has revealed that its cars will feature in the next James Bond film.

JLR has supplied its Jaguar C-X75 model for a car chase sequence in Rome as well as its Range Rover Sport SVR and Land Rover Defender Big Foot models for other parts of Spectre, the 24th James Bond film.

The villain, played by Christoph Waltz, will be chasing Bond's Aston Martin in a 200mph supercar that was conceived as a plug-in electric hybrid.

The film is directed by Sam Mendes with Daniel Craig returning as Bond. Dave Bautista and Andrew Scott have also joined the established cast, while Léa Seydoux and Monica Bellucci were also announced as the Bond ladies late last year.

Naomie Harris is officially returning as Miss Moneypenny, with Ralph Fiennes back as the new M, and Ben Wishaw is Q.

Spectre is set to be released on 23 October 2015.
