Digital Cinema Media (DCM) is taking part in the Government’s Kickstart scheme, and we’ve got some exciting vacancies available across Sales, Production, Campaign Management and Office Management.
The Kickstart Scheme is open to anyone aged 16-24 currently claiming Universal Credit and helps those at risk of long-term unemployment take the next (or first) step on the career ladder.
We’re offering the opportunity to join the DCM team to boost your future job prospects by learning valuable skills and gaining work experience that you can add to your CV. The roles are full-time and based in our London office in a flexible and supportive work environment.
DCM Assistant
The role will rotate across 3 key DCM departments: Sales, Production and Campaign Management, where the role will provide support to the team members to deliver on the department objectives.
Whilst working with the Sales team, you will learn the full DCM sales process, from pitching and selling cinema, to getting cinema adverts on air, and scheduling and delivering campaigns. Responsibilities will include developing knowledge of film products, future releases and buying routes, preparing and costing bespoke sales pitches, and fostering good working relationships with relevant agency personnel. You will also support the teams with key events, including cinema evenings, hospitality events, presentations, workshops, and meetings with agencies.
Working in the Production department, you will provide administrative support including maintaining department spreadsheets in a timely and accurate fashion, setting up new ad copy in DCM’s internal scheduling system, booking client screenings and hosting when required, generating daily reports, and being the first point of contact for the department, filtering emails and calls.
During your time with the Content & Distribution department, you will provide admin support by inputting crucial information into DCM’s internal “Accord” system, such as Management of Advertiser, Product, and other estate data, create weekly reports on admissions and screen lists, and also be responsible for the accurate set up of campaigns and other reporting by monitoring all live campaigns, their delivery, and post-campaign analysis.
