DCM Listed in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for the Sixth Consecutive Year

Digital Cinema Media has been listed in Campaign’s Best Places to Work for the sixth consecutive year. This list ranks and recognises the top 100 workplaces in the UK media and advertising industry, celebrating companies that are regarded highly by their employees.

DCM is one of only seven companies that has consistently made the top 100 every year since Campaign’s Best Places to Work list first began in 2019. The other six companies that have consistently made the list are: Goodstuff, St Luke’s, RocketMill, Active International, Eight & Four and Mobsta.

The annual list sees a two-stage assessment process, carried out by Workforce Research Group. Employers provided information about benefits, policies and practices, and staff also completed a confidential questionnaire on their workplace's culture.

“Our team are at the heart of everything that we do at Digital Cinema Media and their wellbeing, mental health and happiness is my key priority, so the inclusion in this list means a great deal” said CEO Karen Stacey.

“It is vital to keep everyone engaged, energised and committed and we have a strong vision for our business.
