'An Introduction to Cinema’ is Digital Cinema Media's (DCM) annual half day event designed to educate and inspire thought around the engaging opportunities available to connect brands and people in the unique cinema environment. This year it is being held on 21 March 2016 at Picturehouse Central and we would love for you to join us there.
In 2015 UK box office receipts reached £1.24bn, the highest in history and up 17 per cent from 2014. SPECTRE and Star Wars: The Force Awakens broke multiple records, rightly taking most of the headlines, while cinema ad revenue was up a whopping 27 per cent, well ahead of the 9 per cent uplift in admissions.
