It gives us great pleasure to introduce you to the Harlequin Theatre & Cinema in Redhill Surrey, one of the newest additions to the estate of cinemas represented by DCM.
This cosy 100 seat cinema screens the latest film releases, with audio description and subtitles when available. The Harlequin Theatre & Cinema is also able to screen films with closed captions through its Sony Entertainment Access glasses, which project captions onto the glasses that appear to float 10 feet in front of the user. This is designed for customers who are profoundly deaf so that they can ‘watch’ a film with ‘subtitles’ whilst everyone else watches the screen without subtitles. The Harlequin is hoping to screen its first closed caption screening in the upcoming months. The cinema also offers a Baby Club, Silver Screen and Saturday Morning Cinema screenings throughout the year.
