Digital Cinema Media was once again proud to support the UKCA Xmas celebrations. It was great to see so many Independent Exhibitors there this year. Also many congrats again to
- Parkway Cleethorpes for receiving the most Compare the Market redemptions of an Independent cinema operator in 2019!
- Rob Younger for 40yrs service to this amazing industry - from the Paramount Penistone to Picturehouse and Parkway to Propix! Here’s to the next 40yrs Rob!
- David Prosser, as he steps down at the end of this year. David has done more for the Cinema and the Advertising industries than many people realise. From first working for Border TV in 1961 along with another 9 TV Stations up to 2004. David achieved some landmark deals including; Beamish Stout sponsoring Inspector Morse and introduced Showcase Sponsorship to ITV with ITV Dramas with HSBC, which lasted 8 years, and ITV Films with Toyota some of which are still going today. He then joined Carlton Screen Advertising (CSA) in 2004 on the Exhibition side and has been involved with CSA and Digital Cinema Media ever since - driving to the moon and back in his trusty Mercedes. Also not to mention being in the Guinness book of Records for the most capped Welsh Hockey player. We salute you Prosser! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
