September sees the release of what is set to be the biggest film for an upmarket female audience in 2016, following in the footsteps of Fifty Shades Of Grey last year. Renée Zellweger once again reprises her Oscar-nominated role, as Bridget Jones, and the first trailer debuted last week to a huge amount of buzz and excitement across the media.
This time around we find Bridget again loving her new single life and job, before she discovers she's pregnant and isn't sure who the father is. There are, however, two contenders: her on-again off-again love Mark Darcy (Colin Firth) and a new flame, played by Patrick Dempsey. The cast have even filmed three different endings in a bid to avoid plot leaks and noone will find out how it all resolves until the premiere!
We're already seeing a huge amout of interest from brands and the Gold spot has already been snapped up.
- The two Bridget Jones movies to date have grossed over £78m in the UK alone.
- We’re expecting over 2.6m DCM admissions, making it the biggest female title this year.
- The Silver and Content spots are still available, so book into cinema’s premium positions today!
