The latest trailer for Captain America: Civil War was revealed by Marvel just last week and if you haven’t seen it, you’re in the minority as it amassed nearly 95m views in just 24 hours, showing buzz around the film is huge.
There's still an opportunity for advertisers to align themselves with what’s set to be one of 2016’s most highly anticipated movies.
With Iron Man, Hawk-eye, Black Widow, Ant-Man and Scarlet Witch all present, this is set to be the biggest Captain America film yet.
An international incident leads to the Avengers developing a schism over how to deal with situations, which escalates into an open fight between allies Iron Man and Captain America, while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.
The huge amount of buzz around the film provides the opportunity for advertisers to reach an upmarket, early-adopting, predominately 16-34 male audience in cinema’s engaging environment.
