The Office is the greatest sitcom of all-time and David Brent one of the greatest characters. This summer, Ricky Gervais brings him back for his big screen debut and after the hilarity of Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa expertly proved that sitcome characters can flourish on the big screen, David Brent: Life On The Road should prove that David Brent is equally at home on the big screen as the small screen.
The brand new trailer launched last week to a rapturous reception and as soon as Brent walks into Lavichem, it’s clear that it’s great to have him back.
It is set to be one of the funniest films of the year when it’s released on 19 August.
