We are very proud to announce that Digital Cinema Media’s Rachael Cochrane and Michael Tull have been listed in this year’s Future 100 Club cohort.
Regional Sales Director Rachael Cochrane joined DCM in 2021 after a distinguished ten-year career at Global, bringing a fresh presence to the regions throughout cinema’s incredible post-covid comeback. Consistently exceeding targets, bringing new clients to cinema, and actively supporting the development of her team, Rachael leads with a positive and engaging attitude. She is Vice President of Bloom North, was shortlisted at the 2023 Media Leader Awards as a Future Media Leader, and her team has been shortlisted for three MPA (Manchester Publicity Association) Inspiration Awards this year, with results announced in October.
Insight Business Director Michael Tull joined DCM in 2015 and has been an essential part of the team ever since. Michael has taken the lead in developing a variety of research projects for DCM, including ‘Building Box Office Brands’, ‘Mission 16-34: Launch, Land, Impact’, ‘Centre of Attention’ and, most recently ‘Start With Cinema’, which have been hugely effective in clients’ media planning and buying journeys. Michael also leads the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Team at DCM, most recently setting up a new ‘Living Our Values’ talks series. Michael’s innovative thinking and approachable attitude have had a seismic impact on our business and the wider DCM team.
Launched last year, The Future 100 Club from The Media Leader brings together the most diverse group of professionals from across media. Unlike other groupings of rising stars or future leaders lists, there is no barrier or discrimination based on age, time spent in the industry, or current job title.
Individuals were entered from across the international media ecosystem, with judges scoring nominees on the four values of Disruption, Inclusion, Courage and Excellence to produce the final 100 who make up the Class of 2023.
DCM’s Sales Director Davina Barker was listed in the inaugural Future 100 Club in 2022.
