Hot on the heels of introducing DCM's Exhibition Account Manager, Rebecca Rau, to all of you last week, this week we speak to Rebecca’s maternity cover, Celia Small, as we welcome her to the DCM family and find out her thoughts on all things cinema. Enjoy!

Where have you come from?
I’ve just finished an internship at BAFTA, where I was working in their Partnerships team.

What are your 3 most favourite cinemas?
In no particular order, I’d have to say the Ritzy Picturehouse in Brixton, the Olympic Cinema in Barnes and the Duke of York’s Picturehouse in Brighton.

What excites you most about the future of the cinema industry?
How it will compete with the ever growing challenges it faces with on demand television and film rental. Too many times have I heard the phrase- ‘I’ll wait to watch it on Netflix’, which I think is a shame because there’s nothing quite like watching a new release exactly where it was intended to be seen, on the big screen! It’s also great to see cinemas becoming a key part of a community and I’d like to see how mainstream chains adapt to this in the years to come.

What is your favourite film of all-time?
Some Like it Hot - as it’s got a little bit of everything, comedy, gangsters and Monroe!

What film are you most looking forward to in 2015?
Jurassic World – the second, official trailer was released earlier this week and it looks so good.

What do you think are the most iconic cinema ads and why?
The Sunday Times Icons advert- this was a great example of how cinema advertising can be more playful than TV adverts and it was able to identify with its key audience through strong references to cinema and cinema culture.

What three things do you most enjoy doing in your free time?
1) Going to the Cinema, naturally!
2) Eating really good food with good company
3) Reading a gripping crime novel while enjoy the sun on a faraway beach somewhere extremely warm
