DCM is excited to reveal a Latest Downloads area and DCM chatbot on our website.
We have created a ‘Latest Downloads’ area which houses a range of presentations, nickable charts, sizzles and pdfs to help customers navigate all the latest insight, film knowledge, cinema updates and audience data that we have at our disposal.
All assets are uploaded in both a PPT and PDF format to allow customers to easily 'nick' stuff to support their own presentations.
Alongside this, in order to improve user engagement and make information even more accessible for all visitors to the site, we have created a DCM chatbot feature, which offers a live chat opportunity for users. This will launch on Thursday 1 October.
The purpose of the chatbot is to improve the customer journey and offer a quick way for visitors to find important information and answer urgent questions, before continuing the conversation with relevant team members.
