Halloween weekend attracted thousands to the cinema to watch the last in one of the most successful horror franchises in history - Saw. Saw 3D (or Saw VII for those that saw it in 2D) offered fans the chance to discover the answers to all the questions posed by previous Saw films, only this time in eye-popping 3D.
Saw 3D hit the top spot, grossing an impressive £3.6m in its opening weekend. This is the best opening result of any of the Saw films.
Another horror in the top ten this week is Paranormal Activity 2. Now on its second week in the UK it has grossed over £8.2m.
