As you read this I’ll be touching down ‘up North’ on the way to the Northern and Midlands CEA Members Meetings, being held in Leicester on 13 March. Rebecca Rau (DCM Account Manager), David Prosser (DCM Account Manager), Ian McKeag (DCM IT Guru) and I are looking forward to seeing all the DCM members in attendance.
The CEA meetings are a great place to catch up and network with Exhibitors and suppliers alike. The Maltings Theatre & Cinema of Berwick upon Tweed, Savoy Cinemas and Bristol’s Watershed are amongst those in attendance. There is a wide and varied agenda from F.A.C.T to Film Nation and from the BFI Film Audience Network to an apprenticeship proposal.
Following our visits to you all over the last six months, it’s vital that we keep this communication going. We mentioned that the next scene in our story is coming out to see you to gather further information on and photography of your sites - we’ll be in touch about this shortly. Also do give us your feedback (good or bad) on how we can make DCM Close Up better.
The CEA Meetings are a great way to keep the flow of information going - both from DCM to you and you to DCM. We are strong attendees and supporters of the CEA meetings and hope to see you at the next one in your area. Next week we’ll be in Torquay, followed by St Andrews in April and London at a date to be confirmed. Then we will be back round the country again towards the end of the year.
