The Big Short comes to cinemas on Friday 22 January. Ahead of its release, MyMovies caught up with Steve Carell and Adam McKay for an exclusive interview about what fans can expect from the film.
Few films next year have a more heavyweight cast than The Big Short, with Steve Carell, Christian Bale, Ryan Gosling and Brad Pitt all on the list. Director, Adam McKay made his name with some of the best comedies of the last few years (Step Brothers, The Other Guys) and he's turned his very particular sensibilities to this tale of four outsiders in the world of high-finance who predicted the credit and housing bubble collapse of the mid-2000s decide to take on the big banks for their lack of foresight and greed.
