The Other Guys, the latest film from Will Ferrell, spent the second week at the top of the UK Box Office this week, holding off competition from Julia Robert's Eat, Pray, Love and Ben Affleck's heist movie, The Town.
Grossing £4.4m over the past two weeks in the UK, The Other Guys, directed by Anchorman director Adam McKay, stars Ferrell as an NYPD cop who has spent his career doing paperwork.
Paper pusher Allen Gamble (Ferrell) is forced to partner with Mark Wahlberg's character, a hot-headed cop on probation, and their chance to prove themselves comes when two of their colleagues, played entertainingly by The Rock and Samuel L Jackson, have to take a career break paving the way for Ferrell and Wahlberg to produce comic mayhem.
