Triple 9 hits the big screen on Friday (19 February). Ahead of the film's release, MyMovies caught up with the cast and crew for an exclusive interview about what fans can expect from the film.
A crew of dirty cops are blackmailed by the Russian mob to execute a virtually impossible heist and the only way to pull it off is to manufacture a 999, police code for 'officer down.' Their plan is turned upside down when the unsuspecting rookie they set up to die foils the attack, triggering a breakneck action packed finale tangled with double-crosses, greed and revenge.
Director, John Hillcoat's previous films (The Road, The Proposition, Lawless) can all be described as 'brutal', so Triple 9 promises to be uncompromising and thrilling.
It also has a dynamite cast, so is not to be missed.
