The UK Cinema Association (UKCA) will soon be holding the first of its 2024 UK Regional Meetings.
These meetings are great opportunities for exhibitors to meet and network with various industry partners.
The UKCA holds six meetings twice a year, in Q1 and Q4. The details for the Q1 2024 Regional Meetings are as follows:
West of England
Tuesday 12 March, Everyman, Plymouth
North and Midlands
Tuesday 19 March, The Rex, Wilmslow
Scotland
Tuesday 26 March, Grosvenor, Glasgow
London and South East
Thursday 28 March, Ealing Project, London
Wales
Thursday 18 April, Chapter, Cardiff
Northern Ireland
Thursday 25 April, The Strand, Belfast
The agenda of the UKCA Regional Meetings will include a closed meeting for exhibitors only in the morning, followed by a networking lunch. There will then be an open meeting for all attendees, which will be concluded with a Slate Presentation from the respective Cinema Advertising company. The day will end with a drinks reception and other networking opportunities, in some cases a meal and charity raffle.
