Warner Bros has given cinemas a boost confirming that the upcoming DC blockbuster Wonder Woman 1984 will be in UK cinemas on 16 December. The studio also confirmed that all of its releases in 2021 will be going to cinemas too, including The Suicide Squad, Dune, In The Heights and the upcoming The Matrix sequel. Wonder Woman 1984 sees Gal Gadot reprise the iconic role as the story fast forwards to the 1980s and she has to face off against two all-new foes: Max Lord and The Cheetah. A brand new trailer was launched this past weekend as part of the virtual edition of Brazil’s CCXP and you can see it below.
